We strive to provide the finest customer service possible in getting orders processed and shipped in the quickest, most efficient manner.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless the customer specifies otherwise. For orders over $75.00 shipped to the 48 Continental United States, shipping is free via UPS ground.

UPS second day air service is available at an additional charge of $9.95 per order. UPS second day air service is the only means available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii at an additional charge of $9.95 per order.

Austin Skincare will make every effort to ship items within 48 to 72 hours after receipt of the customer order. Once the order has been received and shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation via e-mail with a UPS tracking number.

If you are not satisfied with the order, products may be returned within seven days of receipt of products provided at least ¾ of the product has not been used. E-mail Austin Skincare @ customer service @ austinskincare.com of your intent to return product(s). You will be assigned a return tracking number. Return the item(s) in the original shipping container. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for the returned merchandise. Once products are received by Austin Skincare, your credit card will be credited for the amount of purchase.

Ordering online at austinskincare.com is safe and easy. We want you to know that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. When you as the customer place an order, you are asked to complete an order form. This form requires specific personal information such as name, billing and shipping address, credit card number and expiration date.
